Stayed here for 7 nights with my kids, had a comfortable stay. The location offered was lovely and incredible just next door to the city center and back and Chamkoria Chalets. Street food restaurant Sparky's Grill was located 5 minutes walk away...

This place had a fantastic location with great views of the slopes and mountains, and the food was affordable.

I absolutely loved the modern decor at Chamkoria Chalets. The hotel's general areas were well-maintained and stylish, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay. The accessibility for senior people was also impressive, with convenient ramps and elevators making it easy for us to navigate the property.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is improved service from the staff. The children working there seemed overwhelmed and could benefit from more training and guidance to ensure a smoother experience for guests.

I always come back here, never regret it. They let me leave late once. Perfect place, everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, security, pool. Laundry. TV. Lift. Kitchen. Bar. Restaurant. Picnic. Luggage storage. No pets. No smoking. I'm coming back for city break.

The three bedroom maisonette deluxe apartment at Chamkoria Chalets was absolutely amazing. It had three spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a large living room with a cozy sofa-bed. I felt like I was in my own little paradise!

Personally, I found the bathtub in the private bathroom a bit small. But hey, that's just my opinion!

During my recent business trip, my director chose Chamkoria Chalets in Borovets as our accommodation. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's amenities and services. One of the standout features for me was the availability of wireless Internet access. This allowed me to browse the web at my leisure, making it convenient for work-related tasks and personal use. Additionally, the hotel's leisure centre and massage area provided a much-needed relaxation opportunity after a long day of business meetings and skiing. The hyrdo-massage bath, in particular, was a delightful water therapy experience using jets and underwater massage. It truly helped me unwind and recharge. The leisure centre and massage area were well-maintained and created a serene atmosphere, offering a range of comfort and relaxation options.

A tranquil retreat with cozy fireplaces and stunning mountain views

Oh, what a shame that not all the facilities were open! But hey, who needs a washing machine or a separate bed when you have beautiful nature and expensive food?

The apartment was comfortable and well furnished. Helpful staff and manager. Enjoyed the pool and sauna. Beautiful mountain scenery, only 10 minutes from town.

The hotel is situated right at the main gondola and offers a stunning view of the surrounding forest. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The bathroom fittings are in good condition and there is hot water available for showers. The staff provides friendly and helpful service. Additionally, guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and access the pool and sauna facilities.

The restaurant and pool are sometimes closed, which can be disappointing for guests looking forward to using these amenities.

The serene environment allowed us to truly relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. It felt like a hidden gem, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The chalets were cozy and well-equipped, providing us with all the comforts of home. It was an ideal location for our family's ski holiday, allowing us to create unforgettable memories in the mountains.

For dads, it would be great to have a dedicated kids' play area.

Fantastic pool and jacuzzi after a day on the slopes! The restaurant offers great value for money with tasty food. Convenient ski shuttle to the resort center. a highly recommended hotel for a relaxing getaway.
